New Year’s resolutions are kind of a joke with people at this point. It almost seems like a requirement to make one (or a few), but most people recognize that they’ll give it up pretty quickly. Let’s change that this year! Call it something different or take a different approach, but let’s grab this opportunity to change something about our lives that will make 2022 more fulfilling and closer to the lives we want. The last few years have taught us many things, not the least of which is that we don’t know what the future holds. We have today to make the choices that shape what the rest of our lives will look like and to form the legacy we leave behind. 

1) Bible in One Year 2022 with Nicky Gumbel

This 5-day plan will help you understand the reasons you associate with food the way you do and how to change your perspective and habits to have a healthier lifestyle. 4) Becoming a Well-Watered Woman in A Parched World by Gretchen Saffles

This 7-day plan is a deep and beautiful devotional to help you regain (or find for the first time) your passion and love for Jesus and the Word. If you enjoy these readings and want to go deeper, this plan is based on a book of the same name, and it’s available at christianbook.com, Lifeway, or Amazon. 

5) The Flirtation Experiment: Putting Magic, Mystery, and Spark Into Your Everyday Marriage by Lisa Jacobson and Phylicia Masonheimer
