SOS Ministries is a non-profit organization that offers addiction recovery & sex-trafficking recovery services. One of their fundraising events is the annual Recovery Road ‘Thunder In The Miami Valley’ motorcycle run, which helps to raise funds for their programs. This event is open to all riders, and the route takes them through scenic areas while also promoting awareness of addiction recovery. The funds raised from the event go directly towards supporting those in need of recovery services in the Miami Valley area. This year’s event is Oct 7th.
Child Evangelism Fellowship in the Miami Valley, CEF has a strong outreach program that is dedicated to reaching children with the Gospel message. Through various programs, including Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, and summer camps, CEF is able to reach children of all ages and backgrounds with the love of Christ. CEF also offers training and resources for churches and individuals who are interested in becoming involved in children’s ministry.
